Rusty Pennington M.A.CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Rusty Pennington M.A.CCC-SLP is an ASHA-certified speech language pathologist who obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1995 and a Master’s of Science degree in Communication Disorders from San Jose State University in 1999. Following his university studies, he has worked in numerous environments to include: Clark County School District, subacute hospital setting, home health, and was lead of the speech pathology staff at a rehabilitation hospital for seven years. He received the prestigious ACE award of excellence from ASHA in 2007. Rusty is certified in Vital Stim for patients with swallowing disorders and performs Modified Barium Swallow Studies. He has an extensive background in treating brain injuries and specializes in diagnostic and therapy in neurological disorders. We are proud to have Rusty join our staff and he is looking forward to working with you!
